MC - Pneumatic Clamp

The MC series was developed specially for miniature guide rails and can be used for miniature rail sizes from 5 to 20 mm. The small and compact size is designed to match up to block on one side. Simple floating section enables movement to self align, ensuring a proper contact is achieved on the rail.

Normally OPEN (pneumatic pressure required to close)

MCPS - PLUS Connection

The patented wedge drive moves in a longitudinal direction when spring pressure is applied to the piston. The resulting transverse movement presses the contact sections with high supporting forces against the free surface of the guide rail. Additional holding force can be obtained by using the PLUS Connection.
